• Manage the floor operations and professional development of 130-180 indirect/direct reports.• Adjust labor needs based on forecasted weekly volume, attendance rates, and package size mix (cube).• Project Manager of multiple ongoing projects to improve several areas including: o Associate Engagement, Building Safety, DEA (package delivery time).• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and improve areas through Six Sigma Projects and process redesign for an average annual labor cost savings of $1,334,344.58.

• Forecast daily volume and attendance to create the daily plan showing expected headcount, volume availability, ideal flows, and safety tips for each shift.• Team member of the following projects: o Engage – Improve the Amazon Associates’ experience through employee engagement, retention campaigns, and manager/associate interactions. o PA Development – Assist in skill development of Process Assistants through the creation of area knowledge rubrics and the creation of training plans. o Quality – Act as a member of the Quality Team to deep dive quality metrics and attempt to improve areas where deficiencies are found.

• Provide candidates with information about UniFirst, the opportunities and benefits, and keeping rapport with candidates. • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers for scheduling interviews. • Maintain an accurate record of all bench candidates, pipeline development, and candidate flow.• Expand social networks via invitations, reach out to network contacts for referrals, and join applicable groups. • Maintain knowledge of social media trends to provide best practices on sourcing, networking, and research.
