Clinton Ekaeze is a Public Health professional and PMI Certified Project Manager with the Health Technology and Policy Unit, University of Alberta. With over 6+ years experience in health policy, project management and systems strengthening, Clinton has showcased strong leadership skills by successfully managing projects and programs, actively contributing to shaping public health initiatives and providing valuable support to policymakers and public health leaders.Prior to his current role, Clinton served as a Technical Assistant to the Director General of the Delta State Contributory Health Commission (DSCHC) from 2019 to 2022. During this time, he played a vital role in policy development, stakeholder engagement, project implementation, and contributed to the DSCHC's objectives.Clinton holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and a Masters in Public Health with a specialization in Health Policy and Management from the University of Alberta. In 2021, Clinton was accepted into the First Cohort of the Future of Health Systems Program for Leaders, organized by the World Bank Group to equip the next generation of health leaders with essential skills and problem-solving approaches to enhance and transform health systems. Clinton is currently enrolled in the Certified Health Executive (CHE) program from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
