Develop and execute Safety Plans for strategic & operational plans to support the Amazon Robotics Environmental Health & Safety Program, while supporting business growth. I am accountable for the overall Environmental Health & Safety Program for Amazon Robotics in North America. This includes hiring, developing and leading a large team of EHS professionals.

KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTSResponsible for the Health and Safety of approximately 4200 hourly and salary employees in a three shift operation including assembly, stamping and warehouse.Lead all of General Motors in Near-Miss Reporting, Employee Safety Concerns and Safety Observation Tour items. Developed and implemented the UAW/GM audit module process.Implemented a salary and hourly safety orientation process.Developed a process to hire and train new employees to staff a third production shift.Responsible for training approximately twelve hundred transfer employees regarding the plant safety policies and procedures.Implemented and trained all salary employees on a revised Incident Investigation Process.Implemented a new Personal Protective Equipment Policy.Established and administered a daily Staff incident review process.Reviewed all plant and contractor construction safety projects.Completed several Task Based Risk Assessments and bought off all the new equipment to successfully launch 2010 Buick Lacrosse. Implemented a standard "Take 2" for safety process for all Skilled Trades employees, which included pre-task planning for all non-routine tasks. Developed a Joint Skilled Trades Safety Team.Conducted safety leadership cultural change training.Established an Emergency Response Control plan and ERCT Team.Invited to participate in the Global Change Management Safety Team.
