• Perform various financial accounting and reporting tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Process financial statements and reports under supervision to accurately reflect the company’s financial results and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the preparation and analysis of management reporting information to support and inform management decisions with regards to financial planning, control and performance management processes.
• Perform all aspects of financial transactional accounting activities and monthly close process, which may include the recording of monthly billing to owners and processing of general journal entries.
• Maintain the general ledger including the preparation of balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Support external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting to achieve regulatory and business outcomes.

• Handle full set of accounts and accounting functions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in accordance to current accounting practices and principles.
• Maintain general ledger including preparing bank reconciliation, monthly journals and general ledger closing entries, manual debit/credit notes and aging listing.
• Analyze and interpret financial data, provide management information on cost allocation and control, comparison of result against budget, income and expenditure analysis.
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, tax agents, government bodies and various stakeholders.
• Ensure month end closing activities are completed on a consistent, accurate and timely basis.

• Analyze, assess and adjudicate on retail credit applications within own mandate credit risk parameters and turnaround time.
• Partake in projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Retail Credit Team.
• Maintain good rapport with business associates and to ensure service standards on turnaround time for credit application processing and approval are consistently met.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Credit Policies Procedures and Legal Principles of Lending.
• Adhere to the Daimler Integrity Code and Code of Conduct Policies Education.
• Analyze and manage credit risk on all retail credit applications.
