The Senior UX/UI Designer & Developer holds a crucial role in our organization, leading efforts to create captivating and user-centric digital experiences. This individual is tasked with designing interfaces that optimize engagement, foster conversions, and align with overarching organizational goals. Additionally, responsibilities extend to mentoring junior members of the web design team and serving as a pivotal subject matter expert and educational resource within the agency.● Design intuitive interfaces prioritizing user experience.● Conduct user research and apply design thinking for user-centric web designs.● Lead UX/UI initiatives, including transitioning to Figma.● Offer UX feedback, translating concepts to responsive designs.● Ensure visual consistency with the creative team.● Collaborate cross-functionally with web strategy, design, content, and account teams.● Create wireframes and prototypes for iterative design; gather feedback for refinement.● Maintain design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across projects.● Use HTML, CSS, JavaScript for functional, cross-browser compatible designs.● Act as a UI/UX subject matter expert.● Advise on web properties and best practices for agency clients.● Independently manage web tasks, including WordPress customization, landing pages, API integrations, and more.● Perform web QA, troubleshooting, and technical support, including WordPress updates.● Ensure code consistency and maintain repositories, style guides, and staging sites.● Assist with website tracking, reporting, and maintenance.● Complete tasks within allocated time and budget.● Communicate project status effectively.● Stay updated on web design trends, tools, and technologies.● Mentor team members and foster agency relationships.
