DIVISION: FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENTS• Reversing interest, adjusting accounts, refunds and transferring of credits/debits.• Liasing with consumers, call centre agents and frontline agents with regard to consumer queries. • Compiling monthly reports on excel relating to refunds and adjustments on accounts.
