Support role for the DC Manager to define and implement KPIs, SOPs, general resource analysis and planning for the warehouse and production operations that expanded to include analytical support for sales and supply. All work had a focus on improving current systems, and providing information for recommendations and decision making. An initial three month contract was extended to six months.

This involved stock corrections, staff training and identifying and implementing WMS system changes to create accurate inventory and robust inventory practices. Responsible for a powder filler installation and commissioning.Internal lead for an integrated WMS system implementation. Provider of analytical support for sales and inventory data and S&OP process.

Overall responsibility for the tea, toothpaste and supplement manufacturing and packing site, including procurement, production planning, production, engineering, co-packers, warehouse and 3PL logistics in Christchurch. Project manager for transition of Progressive ordering from DSD to DC supply. S&OP process implemented. ERP replacement scope, search and selection. Inventory and planning optimisation. Procurement improvements and savings realised. Brand change implementation.

Overall responsibility for the fresh pasta manufacturing site, including planning, purchasing, production, engineering, warehouse, quality, co-packers and 3PL logistics. As a member of the executive management team, managed the NZ business. Part of the S&OP team.The role included Implementation of SAP into inventory, planning and production environment. Two successful union negotiations completed and continuous improvement/Lean implementation initiated.
