Process involves the US Mortgage of loan servicing.Verifying & Collection of Financial Data & Tax information from US Tax office through email.Work extensively with Client’s service group to analyse loans, property tax, funding, fees, collection of interest & past due.Maintaining homeowners account by validating tax details.

Coordinating among executives.Assist the group in setting priorities and practicing efficient time management.Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Developing efficient lines of communication between the manager and the executive to improve operations.
