We improved quality of our product to the extent that we were exporting Brown Coal Briquettes to Germany - like ice to the Eskimo's! At Southern Rural Water I led the multi million dollar transformation of our business to deliver services to enable our customers to be successful in the 21's century. This involved using innovative new technology to provide our customers with access to more water, more quickly, more reliably and more resilient to climate change while keeping prices affordable.At AusNet it was about designing the transformation of our Network from one that as designed to transport electricity one way, to a self sensing, self healing network that is not only enabled for, but enriched by Distributed Energy Resources.I believe my three strongest capabilities are:Strategic thinking - the ability to draw together the right information and the right people to design a better future for organisations, issues or opportunities;Relationship Building - through listening to what is important to people, I can build deep, constructive and resilient relationships with people at all levels inside and outside of organisationsDelivering results - in all of my roles I have met and exceeded performance expectations leaving my organisation in a better position than when I joined - whether that be profitability, customer or stakeholder sanctification or sustainability.
