Trained ICBM combat crew members at the 341st Missile Wing at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. Conducted classroom and hands-on simulator training for 204 combat-ready ICBM Crew Members. Develop training materials to maintain weapon system knowledge and proficiency for the Wings alert force. While in this position I was hand picked to stand up a new "requirements" section which maintained records and currency requirements for all launch officers of the 341st Missile Wing. Accountable to President, Secretary of Defense, and Commander, US Strategic Command for launch actions of 50 nuclear Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles. Monitor 100 Additional ICBMs totaling 150 nuclear weapon systems, directed 15 2-man missile combat crews and oversee $3.3B Weapon system assets.
