With these roles, responsibilities, and good communication between management and other divisions within our department we were able to nearly double our inventory. Thus, leading to another promotion as Parts Consultant. Here roles included training back of house (BOH) employees while answering calls from the wholesale customers, dealership service shop, as well as retail customers at the front of house. Going on outages, door to door confrontation with potential wholesale clients, making cold calls, referring business to our department in every instance possible.
