When it comes to engaging culture, experience is a cruel but effective instructor. I've worked in North American corporate culture as well as southern European and east African urban and rural cultures for over 30 years, facilitating often difficult but ideally blameless dialogue among fellow image bearers, developing leaders and building relationships of growth and mutual respect. I continue to lead, mentor, and speak in the corporate setting to that end. I currently head an incredible team responsible for Incident Management, Project Management, Technical Writing, and Training Content Development supporting Cboe's platforms globally. Prior to coming to Cboe (then Bats), I served 15 years in non-profit field and administrative roles.
