As a product marketer at Opay QR, I was responsible for the adoption of Opay QR’s features by merchants and the development of new users.My tasks included onboarding merchants to Opay promotional packages such as QR signages etc. to increase the promotion of the feature and attract new users in the designated area to buy and pay on the Opay/Opos platform.To complete these tasks, I interviewed merchants and conducted training on the usage of the QR code app. I communicated and discussed findings with stakeholders.As a result of my efforts, I converted over 200+ merchants generally to Opay’s QR promotional program
