I joined Ian Williams in 2013. During my time as a QS I was involved with a wide variety of works in both public and private sectors. Experienced in all aspects of JCT/NEC project lifecycle stages from mobilisation to completion, including management of direct labour, subcontractors, sales and profit phase forecasting, client account and cash flow, risk, variations/change and final accounts.In my current role as Business Manager, I oversee planned Capital Operations in Devon and Cornwall. Fortunate to lead a talented team of Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, RLO, Supervisors and Operatives we undertake works such as IFC accredited fire risk assessment remedials, PAS2030 retrofit, major refurbishment projects and decent homes improvements. I hold accountability for every aspect of the Plymouth Capital Operations Business, including H&S, HR and P&L.
