CurrentInitially employed as an Estimator, was then promoted to the role of National Demand Planning and Inventory Control Manager and tasked to oversee the planning and tracking of ~27,000 monthly product units and ~250 SKUs across nine warehouses based in Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. During my tenure, I have overhauled and digitised the demand planning process, and developed automated scheduling and stock control processes that have practically eliminated job delays and optimised supply chain profitability.♦ Introduced supply chain transparency and accountability, developing a data analytics package in MS Power Query;♦ Optimised schedule forecasting processes, enabling the accurate scheduling of national jobs, months in advance;♦ Reduced labour requirements by avg. three hours per day, creating a digital system incorporating a reporting suite;♦ Minimised accounting labour costs and enhanced accuracy, automating the stocktake process;♦ Expedited job completion timeframes, implementing an automated stock forecasting and ordering system;♦ Promoted a culture of cross-functional collaboration via communication systems and automated task events.
