• Responsible for Team development (Training/Lessons Learned/Etc.).• Capacity forecasting.• Quotation of all programs.• Responsible for running programs/projects.• Tracking of budget and schedule.• Design of all new components and the incorporation of all electrical components within the product.• Responsible for successful build/assembly of the product through all phases from the initial kickoff, critical design review, testing and delivery.• Responsible for all Drawings/Models and Bills of Materials and their coordinated release with all supporting departments.• Coordination amongst other Project Teams so as to ensure part commonality and implementation of Lean Principals.
