· Acquire and analyze data as well as compile and deliver information to cross-functional areas and executive leadership team, improving and automating repetitive information delivery processes.· Critical in modernizing the information delivery mechanisms and supporting business-critical applications and processes, working with technical teams to build out a business-owned self-service data environment.· Produce databases, tools, queries, and reports for analyzing, summarizing, and root-causing board failure data, versed in finding patterns and trends in complex tax and financial services, and multivariable data sets.· Ensure data accuracy through the creation and implementation of data integrity queries developing a mass update system to avoid manual updates to the data system utilizing other data analysis systems that are used. · Perform root cause and trend analysis on negative impacts on system resources to help establish and maintain Service Level Agreements and increase corporate revenue and productivity within the company.

· Responsible for designing and developing BI reporting and dashboards enabling the organization to not only understand the current state of the business but also analyze and interpret data efficiently and spot trends. · Translate business needs into technical specifications creating visualizations, reports, and SSIS packages for migrating the data from source to destination, writing DAX, complex SQL statements, and functions.· Create dashboards and KPI scorecards using Microsoft Power BI desktop, performing root cause analysis on failures, resolving performance tuning related issues and queries developing complex capabilities daily. · Prepare design specifications and operations documentation for BI solutions promoted to the production environment, while working with team members at all levels for performance improvement suggestions· Conduct quantitative analyses on available metrics and briefed senior leadership, enabling them to improve analytical products to maximize visibility and usefulness to the community within G4S.
