The principle purpose of this position is to ensure that the Support Team provides excellent service to our Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX clients. I monitor and manage the Support Team (6 Members) projects, tasks, SLA’s, and profitability to ensure they are within the defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI) while providing the required feedback to senior management where necessary.I’ve successfully implemented a support methodology that is aligned with the ITIL Best Practice methodology and I am assisting other Tectura offices in the ASEAN region to implement the same.I have demonstrated proficiency in all core functions such as team management, including KPI management and service level management. I manage these core functions across multiple time-zones and geographies. Examples of results from my experience include the following:1. Successfully implemented a support methodology and support tools in the ASEAN region to manage ongoing client relationships;2. Create complex global support agreements to service our enterprise clients; 3. Archives a consistent client satisfaction rate of 95%; 4. Ensures a consistent agreement renewal rate of more than 85%;5. Manage monthly online client training webinars; and6. Manage the regional support team according to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
