One of my focuses will be to work with our customers directly to develop customer support initiatives, by collaborating with my team, key account managers and other relevant stakeholders in our mission to create customer excellence. This will require the creation and management of triggers and levers for better forecasting of customer spare parts orders and accuracy of monthly revenue realization. To achieve this I will support the team to efficiently executes their customer activities by optimizing their time, the use of digital tools, improving processes and best practices, and by acting with a customer first mentality.I will assist in developing skill and new opportunities for my team through coaching, feedback, strategy and collaboration.As the leader of the Services Planning and Fulfillment team we will focus on responding, converting, and executing according to customer expectations and internal set Service Level AgreementsI will also actively support the Services business, by developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate customer satisfaction and ensure on-time service delivery according to agreed-upon contractual obligations Show less
