As a Project Manager my responsibilities will consist of managing projects throughout their entire lifespans along with mentoring associates that help assist you on projects. Project phases consist of Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding / Permitting, and Construction Administration. I will be required to display advancement in understanding of AEC software (Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma) as well as construction documents / constructability of typical building types and will be evaluated as such.Typical daily tasks would consist of Construction Documentation, Email Correspondence, Code Research, Redlining Drawings, Submittal / RFI reviews, Engineering Correspondence, Owner / Client Correspondence, etc. Additionally, as a BIM Manager your responsibilities will consist of managing LOMA’s Revit Template, along with all BIM related items with the oversight of management.

Assisted in the production of construction documents and participated in different phases of projects as required. Daily responsibilities would include CAD production, assistance with construction administration and various field and office related duties.

Maintained the archives of the CRS Firm. As well as completing other projects associated with the CRS Center on the campus of Texas A&M University.

Implemented and delivered relevant after school programming for youth (ages 6-18) that supports youth development in the following areas: Character and Leadership, Education and Career, Health and Life Skills, Arts and Sports Fitness, and Recreation.

Maintained the web page and anything that pertained to the computer.
