Developed and managed a $2.0 million dollar program focused on the elimination of residential and commercial blight in Atlantic City, NJ.Conducted Administrative Hearings to abate 375 unsafe residential and commercial properties, reviewing demolition bids and preparing over $1.5 million dollars of requisitions.Assessed demolition and rehabilitation project performance and completion.Managed public relations which included conducting meetings, workshops and press conferences.
