A little over five years ago, I embarked on a transformative journey in my insurance career that spans almost 3 decades now, aiming to proactively impact my clients by enhancing their safety and protecting their bottom lines.Faced with a choice between traditional sales methods and a new approach, I chose the latter. Partnering with my mentor, Scott Addis, and the Beyond Insurance Global Network, we developed our PEAK360™ risk profile improvement system. This system redefines insurance for our customers by emphasizing risk management over merely selling policies.Now 2024, our efforts are paying off. Our agency's growth has been remarkable and we've significantly impacted our clients during one of the toughest insurance markets that has been seen since the mid-'80s. That work and accomplishment earned us the honor and recognition of being named Agency of the Month in June '24 by The Rough Notes Magazine.Our goal is simple... it's to help you control your commercial insurance costs and safeguard your company, employees, and clients.
