- Designed entry line equipment for the steel coil industry (i.e. Uncoilers, shears, welders, horizontal and vertical accumulators, flatteners, and feed funnels.)- Managed multiple $100K projects at one time, meeting deadlines and tracking projects from cradle to grave.

• Successfully redesigned legacy machinery to meet modern quality control and throughput requirements, enabling the opening of a new facility with an estimated annual increase in sales of $5M.
• Upgraded existing machinery to standardize various manufactured parts and sub-assemblies, creating blanket orders with vendors and reducing cost by 50% and lead-time by 75% resulting in an increase in sale of $2M (25%).

• Designed, built and supervised two production lines to meet customer demand, increasing sales by $2M (20%) within four months.
• Increased production by 200% and reduced change over time by 50% in a $10M production line through standardization, new technology, and implementing new setups and holding fixtures.
• Implemented a quality control system – Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), under federal procurement regulations, to ensure improved quality, reducing the number of defects by 75% with annual savings of $500K.
