Clint Scott is President of HIRE Management Companies Inc., an executive search firm. He has more than 18 years of experience as a search consultant. His executive search experiences for local and international leadership talent and critical roles, has deliberately and positively impacted and evolved talent acquisition strategies on behalf of clients; and, assisted leaders through career transitions. He currently serves as the human resource mentor and advisor to Toronto Fashion Incubator and its’ members, he volunteers his time to Canadian Newf Rescue Inc. He also leads the fundraising efforts and is a 2nd Coxswain with PARA Search and Rescue. Clint is an avid supporter of up and coming Canadian fashion designers and has sponsored their presentations during World MasterCard Fashion Week in Toronto. When Clint is not recruiting or volunteering, you will find him coaching archery, teaching First Aid, honing his amateur photography skills in the scenic outdoors or exploring Ontario's waterways on his Seadoo.
