Management of bi-weekly payroll for part-time employee title groups. Assist with all directorial and administrative duties regarding onboarding, employee development, and new services. Respond to employee inquiries regarding time & attendance, benefits, payroll and change in employee data. Organize and file employee data both physically and on program databases. Act as liaison on behalf of HR with all of the school's departments and affiliates.

File and maintain confidentially sensitive records, files and data on faculty and staff. Create a digital record of new employees. Record and process employees’ time and leave report forms. Create and reformat forms for current employees. Troubleshoot basic technological issues. Provide coverage of HR office when needed; answer phone calls as well as greet and assist with inquiries from employees and PhD students. Assist with the monthly payroll process. Assist with internal and external communications between Graduate Center Human Resources and its affiliates. Oversee projects to digitally archive retired faculty personnel records. Served as a link between management and employees by handling questions and help resolve work-related problems.
