Responsible for managing the tenancy team and our portfolio of assets - including housing located across Noongar Country.

Leading a capacity building project with four Aboriginal Community Housing Organisations (ACHOs) - in partnership with Southern Aboriginal Corporation, Noongar Mia Mia, Goldfields Indigenous Housing Organisation and Murchison Region Aboriginal Corporation. This project continues the work from Stage 1 (2021/22) of the project working with the above four organisations.This role leads the implementation of a three-year project (funded by the Sisters of St John of God 2022-25):- Facilitating the Peer-to-Peer Forum and ongoing collaboration between the four ACHOs- Assessing and addressing the needs of each ACHO to build capacity, meeting operational and compliance requirements- Providing support in developing policies, procedures and plans required to achieve registration with the Community Housing Registration Office- Connect key sector stakeholders and facilitate exchange of strategy and development opportunities - Provide direction on the Shelter WA ACHO sector strengthening project - Manage project scope, schedule and budget and report on progress

Developed and implemented lower house campaign strategy for seat of Swan. Recruited and managed a campaign team of 150 volunteers. Liaised with The Greens (WA) to align local campaign with statewide campaign priorities, primarily the election of Senator Dorinda Cox. Delivered largest ever local community voter contact campaign in Swan. Achieved positive swings on 95% of polling booths including pre-poll and postal.

Developed and implemented lower house campaign strategy for seat of Belmont. Recruited and managed a campaign team of 40 volunteers. Liaised with The Greens (WA) to align local campaign with statewide campaign priorities. Delivered largest ever local community voter contact campaign in Belmont. Achieved positive swings on postal votes and 90% of polling booths.

Managing the facilitation of land-based Indigenous community development projects through contract management, including: organisational and business development; development of heritage and environmental management; implementation of property management and business plans; and development of agricultural and community infrastructure.

Managing the facilitation of employment and training opportunities and the delivery of social, cultural and environmental benefits within land-based Indigenous community development projects. Through contract management, stakeholder engagement and the development of strategic partnerships deliverables include: organisational and business development; development of heritage and environmental management; implementation of property management and business plans; and development of agricultural, community, and business infrastructure.

Managing Indigenous community development projects across Western Australia.This role has involved the assessment, development, implementation, monitoring and finalisation of projects under the ILC land acquisition and land management programs. I have managed budgets, schedules and reporting for property planning and infrastructure development projects in Perth, the South-West, Pilbara and Kimberley regions of WA. During this time I have established new contacts to further the ILC’s corporate achievements and strengthened existing relationships.

Assisting with the management of Indigenous community development projects across WesternAustralia. This role included administrative tasks, recording events, financial management,contributing to project development, and representing the ILC’s interests when interacting withclients, government organisations and service providers. I completed a number of managementplans, board papers and property inspections that contributed to the achievement of corporatetargets.

This role was heavily customer service based, along with daily stock inventory management, merchandising and marketing tasks. I carried out these tasks in each area of the sales floor and in the receival dock. I co-ordinated the team in the Business Machines merchandise area in 2007-08.
