Anonymous As a natural problem-solver and strategic contributor, I enjoy exploring new niche market potential and creative avenues for revenue and growth—always devising different plans to earn business opportunities, and then executing on those ideas and opportunities.I love the variety of projects I’ve been trusted to manage and develop; each day is different with its own challenges and rewards including identifying inefficiencies and finding a new process or system that makes more sense for everyone involved.What I love best? Customer interaction. Fostering a personal relationship with our customers beyond the traditional retail market and eCommerce strategies we utilize. I’ve been a key contributor in the design of continually evolving custom gift ideas and related packaging for niche markets throughout the year—which has been fun and interesting— while contributing a great deal to our year-over-year success and bottom line.One of the areas I’ve been proud to lead is the overhaul and repurposing of a 1987 tool truck—we transformed this into an all-season profitable “chocolate store on wheels” where I’ve been able to extend our sales to memorable “pop-up” locations and events that have generated incredible win/win results, such as turn out, loyalty, and repeat business for our clients and our company.Outside of work, you’ll likely find me outdoors and off the grid where I recharge my spirit by 4-wheeling, fishing, snowmobiling, winter camping, hiking, etc. I also really enjoy camping and hiking with my wife and kids.
