Executives, planners, and buyers use these tools to monitor business health, analyze trends, perform inventory planning/forecasting, etc.Boise State University (Jul 2010 - Sep 2010) - Recommended and delivered enhancements/fixes to existing PeopleSoft 8.8 Expense functionality, including approval workflow processingUnited Space Alliance, Cape Canaveral, FL (June 2009 - Feb 2010) - Engaged as an on-site consultant to implement PeopleSoft Travel and Expenses 9.0. This included implementing the new 9.0 Travel Reservation functionality via integration points with a Sabre based reservation system.Hydro Ottawa, Ottawa, ON (Sept 2008 - Nov 2008) - Assisted client in evaluating PeopleSoft Expenses 9.0 and building a proof of concept. I provided functional expertise on Expenses module functionality and a detailed plan for configuring the module to meet requirements.Sprint Nextel, Overland Park, KS (May 2007 - Aug 2007) - developed a detailed implementation plan for PeopleSoft Expenses 8.9 cut-over to production, and provided expertise to team during implementation planning and execution activities.

Responsible for managing IT projects and performing functional / technical analysis activities for the Imaging and Printing Group’s (IPG) IT operations. Major accomplishments include establishing formal QA processes for a global pricing system project and designing/constructing BusinessObjects universe and Web-Intelligence reports.

Responsible for leading a team of business analysts in managing IT projects for corporate-wide T&E and procurement card systems (PeopleSoft) for 60,000+ users. Major accomplishments include leading financial system merger consolidation activites for T&E systems, including selecting and implementing PeopleSoft Expenses 8.9. Prior to leading the T&E systems group, I held a leadership role in the PeopleSoft 7.5 to 8.4 upgrade project for the AP module. Major responsibilities included configuration design/execution and data conversion.

Major responsibilities include the day-to-day management of four testing teams consisting of 19 employees, and partnering with development, product management, and customer service teams to ensure delivery of high quality software products.

Led a technical support call center that consisted of 15 technicians. This center supported all Xactware software products. Through this experience I developed a keen ability to troubleshoot software/system related issues and effectively manage relationships with customers.
