I founded the company and worked as it's Managing Co-Director for nearly ten years. My role in the business was hands-on as a lead consultant with a diverse range of clients bringing in 50% of the businesses revenue. This included client prospecting and on-boarding, strategic planning, marketing program management and evaluation. I played the role of an outsourced marketing director in most of the businesses I worked with, partnering with my clients executive team to help them scale up and grow. Knight Frank is a residential and commercial property company with offices in over 100 countries. The residential marketing team oversaw the communication of the overarching brand in the UK and Europe, and also acted as an internal marketing agency to over 50 in-market offices, providing strategy and planning and support to implement local marketing activities within the framework of the brand. The marketing team had a range of responsibilities including managing and maintaining the brand, achieving targeted visitor numbers, promotion of special exhibitions, promotions of education programs and commercial operations including retail and food and beverage outlets. My role reported directly to the Marketing and Sponsor Manager and over my three years involved a range of responsibilities including:- Development and management of a tourism marketing program targeting domestic and international visitors. This included product development, online and offline advertising, relationship marketing and tourism trade activities. A highlight of this work was securing the National Tourism Award for Best Major Tourist Attraction - Retail outlet marketing. This helped the Museum's shop to reach their targets for special retail periods and ongoing. - Exhibition marketing. Working with the curatorial team to develop and implement exhibition marketing programs. including product development, branding, advertising and sales to achieve visitation targets. - Schools Marketing. Working with the education team to develop marketing program targeting schools visits nationwide resulting in over 120,000 school students visiting the museum
