I deal with, making reservations,Checkin of guests,Check-out of guests,Handling guest complaints,Entering guest information in fidelio,Filling and charting,Confirming reservations Preparing, billing and settling guest accounts

I do this as a hobby, i go to the minners of precious gemstones (green garnets, rodlites, tourmalines, aquarmarines etc) and purchase raw unprosessed gems which i then facet and sell.
