Working with Arsenal FC sister clubs to help support and develop coaches who work within the female game. This includes delivering workshops and coaching support. I also delivered the twinning project within a female prison.

The Bridges project is a mentoring scheme for vulnerable young people aged 13-19. The aim is to improve the outcomes and life chances for those young people by helping them make more positive life choices, deal with issues and inspire them. My role is coordinating the volunteers and matching young people to mentor’s as well as providing in house training.

Providing training, CPD events, quality control checks and on the ground support to all 54 SSE Wildcat centres within Surrey. Working and allocating coach mentors to provide support in line with Wildcat Centre Needs

Worked alongside a team of FA Coach Mentors to deliver the FA Mentoring adults course (2 X 3 hours workshop) to paid participants in each county

The FA Coach Mentor Programme offers on-the-ground support to FA Charter Standard Clubs and coaches. The FA sees the development of coaches as central to the development of the game and is to supports coaches’ development. Mentoring support could include developing a whole club philosophy, group coaching demonstrations, 1:1 coaching, match-day observation.

The Eikon charity works in local Surrey communities to provide long-term support to some of the county’s most vulnerable young people. My role was to manage the youth work and provision supplied in two boroughs in Surrey. Managing staff, volunteers and providing support needed to run a variety of youth work sessions from sport, centre based youth work.

Helping young offenders break the cycle of re offending by supporting both education and the chaplaincy team within a local young offenders prison. Providing one to one mentoring on the wings, running weekly groups such as Alpha and Discipleship explored and My Life an accredited alternative education course on life skills.

A weekly multi sports activity evening for young people aged 11-19. Providing a variety of sports including football, badminton, swimming, squash and much more. My role was to provide on the night support for both young people and coaches. Making sure the evening runs smoothly by making sure coaches have everything they need for the evening, providing.

Planning, delivering and evaluation of sessions on a weekly basis to players who suffer mental health issues. Providing support to players and managing the team on match days. Playing in the Surrey Community League run by Woking FC

A ten-week targeted group to an underrepresented group in Woking. My role was plan, deliver and evaluate football sessions for this underrepresented group
