Planning was obtained inclusive of a S106 for 570 flats and circa 5,388 Sq. M of A1/A3 and B1/B3 uses. I subsequently negotiated the sale of the residential element onwards to David Wilson Homes on receipt of planning consent. Supervision of sub-contract JCT negotiations.

Responsible for land sourcing, purchase, planning / trading and value realisation.Handover process included construction subcontractor letting and initial construction process monitoring for this joint venture company between Berkeley Homes and Thames Water.Highlight: The securing of a private vendor purchase subject to planning of a residential scheme in E14 and managing the subsequent planning consent for St James Homes. ‘The Mosaic’, comprises some 260 flats over six floors above 12,000 Sq. ft. of commercial A1 / A3 uses, itself above a 0.9-acre basement car park. (Location: SW corner, Limehouse Basin, Tower Hamlets E14).
