Framework Commissioning & Asset Integration manager covering the Thames Water AMP 7 London Infra & Non Infra. Responsible for the Commissioning incl MEICA delivery across the framework from project proposal to Asset TakeoverResponsibilities include:• development & management of business testing & commissioning procedures associated with Thames Water AMP7 Delivery • driving the ‘design to commission’ philosophy• creating & implementing MEICA, testing & commissioning initiatives• development & implementation of testing & commissioning health & safety standard’s • management of MEICA testing & commissioning protocols including reporting/dashboards• driving & supporting the MEICA & commissioning element of all projects in liaison with site based engineers• chairing HAZCOMM review meetings.• supporting the Asset Integration procedures with Thames Water• management / planning of the MEICA & commissioning resources • resource training and development planning• supporting project MEICA & commissioning teams with project commissioning strategy development from proposals submission up to project delivery & execution• development & management of Process Commissioning proceduresProject commissioning roles include the development and integration of the commissioning strategy and delivery plans with direct involvement with design development. Implementation of the plans with collaboration with the client and operations teams, management of site resources including commissioning H&S. Development of task testing & commissioning work packs. Progress monitoring and reporting.
