Acting as a facilitator to advocate UCL's Active Bystander Programme, a prevention programme to ensure that students understand the effects of inappropriate behaviours and practically intervene if they were in a position where they notice inappropriate behaviors occurring in school or beyond.Workshops are delivered across a large range of students who are usually new to UCL and to the university.As a Workshop leader, I will need to ensure:- To set the right tone in sensitive topic of conversations- Be open-minded in understanding different perspectives and let participants know it is okay to make mistakes and learn from one another, ensuring everyone is respectful in the process.Workshops are conducted with groups ranging from 6 - 40 people per session with 3-4 workshops being conducted a day
