Currently I strategically coordinate two Youth & Community Hubs within the Lambeth Borough; my main duties are to demonstrate clear leadership through a process of change. I line manage 12 fulltime staff and 14 part time pool workers, as well developing our volunteer programme.All staff has variety of skill base, which enables the Youth Hubs to deliver a diverse range of activities and provisions for the community. I have also implemented a Placement programme for students that are undertaking a Youth work Degree course and require a Youth setting to complete their placement. I also liaise and meet regularly with local Councillors and the Metropolitan Police, producing reports and give presentations promoting the great work of the Children’s services. Show less

My trade in the Jewellery field is a fully qualified Gemstone Setter. As well as being able set the finest gemstones into various items of jewellery, whether that being Engagement/ Wedding Rings, Chains, Bracelets, Earring etc. I also had my own Retail Jewellery shop and dealth with certified Diamonds and other gems also 9ct & 18ct Hand Crafted Jewellery, which was designed to the customers instructions.
