Project included $8 million in small grants support. Worked closely with USAID/Uganda, other donor-funded agribusiness projects, individual clients, firms, business and farmer associations, nongovernmental organizations, Peace Corps, universities and research institutes. Served on GOU task force that prepared Operational Plan for implementing the Plan for Modernisation of Agriculture (PMA).
