As at 10th September, 2019 I have been working as COO of Ramon International alongside Nick Andrews (CEO). I'm focussing on the operational aspects of the Company and assisting Nick to develop new teams and new business.

Responsible for managing the infrastructure and assisting Simon Ballard, the MD, to develop the business via the employment of new business producers/teams, the acquisition of books of business, or the provision of outsourced services.

Responsible for ensuring the delivery of internal and external services to our MGA clients, whilst supporting the business development projects.

Managing all infrastructure/support services and assisting with the development of the Company.

Leader of the London office responsible for corporate management, strategic growth, business development and operations

An experienced Corporate, Operational and Change Manager. Worked as a partner to Business Leaders in the formation and delivery of corporate strategy, and successfully managed the growth of several entities having had the responsibilities of Technical Services, Claims, Compliance, Accounting, IT, HR, and Facilities. Integrated within these roles has been the successful development of operational teams and the formulation of corporate training and development plans, plus mentoring. Change Management is of particular interest, having managed significant projects, and chaired a number of market-wide committees involved in London Market Reform. Also very experienced in the selection and/or development of IT systems and the design of associated business processes.

18 months as COO of Finpro, followed by 18 months as BSE managing major projects within Marsh Specialty Operations
