A professional hairdresser with over 28 years experience within the industry, working for salons in the beginning then as a salon owner.Invited to join Goldwell in a role in both Sales and Technical Education. 1995 saw a change to L'Oreal to develop new accounts within existing areas. This role subsequently grew to Key Accounts, Major Accounts then State Manager.Taking time out to address cancer, then working on a consultancy basis for many groups and business's including Gold Coast Honda, Nissan & Holden outside of the hair industry.As each business is similar they are also very different, my passion is developing strategies for the business brand and the team within it, focussing on customer service and a stronger bottom line.Joining Proctor & Gamble in late 2008 working with Wella Professional for Wella Professional, which was then acquired by Coty Inc in October 2016, I continued with Wella until 2019 in Sales, Business Development & Key Accounts.Currently Employed at Conceptual Brands with a key focus on growing the distribution and education for the Milk_Shake, Depot Male Tools product portfolios.
