Clive Foster is a Retired. Colleagues describe him as "I worked with Clive throughout his appointment with the Environment Agency to produce a short film about a training course for flood duty officers. The training involved an introductory presentation by consultants followed by an escalating realistic flood scenario and ending with a debriefing. Capturing all phases of the day and all duty officer performances was quite a demanding task and Clive spent the whole day recording duty officer’s reactions and responses and concluded with several participant interviews capturing views on the training structure and flood scenario. The real challenge was to condense all the footage into a ten minute film ensuring the day was appropriately captured and represented. Clive meticulously edited clips to successfully produce the short film we requested and envisaged. Clive is approachable, enthusiastic, a good listener and very patient. Understanding and delivering our objectives to create a ten minute marketing, promotional overview film of the training available to flood duty officers was quite an achievement.
