I report directly to the Managing Director and I have overall responsibility for Production with additional management responsibilities for Transport, The Drawing Office and Sales Office. I have reviewed the sales office function, setting up new procedures ensuring accurate quotations and meeting customers specific requirements are fulfilled cost effectively.I maintain, review and update cost analysis data to ensure on-going profitability.Liaise with HR team on all personnel matters including; Recruitment, Retaining and Discipline.Liaise in wage and salary reviews.Continual development of ISO 9000 and 14001, in conjunction with other members of the management team.Effective implementation of Super Office CRM.

Resposible for all purchasing of materials for customer requirements, designing and updating new and existing products.Liasing with customers and ensuring that customer requirements and delivery dates are met.Attending sites for surveying,designing and resolving any site problems.Assisted in increasing turnover by 500% since joining the company.Maintenace schedule implemented for all factory machinery, Overhead lifting gear,Forklift Trucks, Fully automatic paintplant, and Power presses.
