Responsible for managing the local Sales & Marketing Channel to deliver excellent results, achieve respective KPI & Targeted Volumes in all areas of the business, business development and prospecting for South East Asia market. Managing the business distribution in accordance with the company's brand, product, and service standards.Duties:• Driving and delivering the commercial performance of the business.• Implementing business procedures.• Developing and implementing creative selling techniques.• Working with other department heads.• Establishing the businesses objectives & profit margin of the company.• Driving the sales and marketing strategy. • Planning and execution of all sales & marketing plan according to the allocated budgets.• Ordering of stocks & monitoring of stocks inventory level.

Liaising and sourcing on behalf of clients (from South East Asia and China) for various beer, wine, spirits and tobacco. Items were mostly from suppliers/ brewery/ Brand owners & agents or appointed distributors/ parallel.
