This involves close liaison with partner agencies; development of a co-ordinated response to those at high risk of CSE/CCE; development and delivery of local policing plans to tackle serious violence, including issues associated with County Lines and knife crime, working closely with all key partners

Leadership of a number of collaborative operations teams across two force areas, including Dogs Support and Search support; delivery of force inspection of IRR regulations by statutory authority, achieving ‘outstanding’ rating

Responsibility for leading a highly motivated team of Level 1 public order trained officers delivering critical and specialist support across the force; skills included public order, method of entry, public order tactical advisor, water search and recovery, protestor removal and rope/height access; developing clear succession and training plans across all business areas.

Leadership of a large response team providing 24/7 response capability across a busy city; management of critical incident response; welfare management, support and development of staff

Management of two large neighbourhood policing teams covering a large urban and semi-rural area; co-chair of partnership problem-solving group tackling local issues of crime and anti-social behaviour and seeking workable partnership based solutions to address issues.

Management of a team of intelligence officers and analysts servicing the policing needs of a busy urban district ensuring full compliance with the National Intelligence Model; management of two tactical teams enabling quick time response to actionable intelligence; overseeing the local implementation of a new force information and intelligence management system to maintain business continuity through the intelligence function.

Responsible for the welfare, development and support of a 24/7 response team to ensure excellent public service across all areas of response policing and excellent team performance

Responsibility for managing the welfare provision for all detained persons at a busy city custody centre.
