I am an experienced and creative human resources, change management and organisational development (OD) professional with 35 years working in both public and private sectors including over eight years at board level in three different organisations. I am well qualified and experienced in HR, OD, change management, coaching, Myers Briggs (MBTI), workplace mediation and investigations.
