About Clive Mccartney

Born and raised in Haslemere England, Clive left school at 18 to join the Royal Navy before attending Cambridge University on a cadet scholarship. On rejoining the fleet, Clive gained his engineer tickets in steam, diesel electric and gas turbine plant, including extensive deployments onboard HM Ships JUNO, MANCHESTER, EDINBURGH and ARGYLL before coming ashore for an MSc degree at RNEC Manadon. In 1999, Clive moved to Fort Lauderdale and joined Renaissance Cruises, working in logistics and procurement for new ships being delivered in St Nazaire. Clive has subsequently held management positions at NCL and Carnival Corporation before joining Fraser in 2004. Away from work, Clive focuses on spending time with his family of two young sons, listening to music and reading.Specialties: Yacht Management, Client Service in demanding VIP/Luxury environment, Safety Management, Purchasing.
