Vice President – Business ServicesSealed Air Corporation Jul 2014 - Sep 2018St Neots, Cambridgeshire, UkSealed Air is a Fortune 500 manufacturer in the Paper & Packaging sector. 2017 revenue of c.$4.5bn. In this role, I lead provision of Finance & Accounting, Credit & Collection and other services, including HR and Procurement Administration, Payroll, Master Data Management and certain Customer Service activities through outsourced Service Centres and retained team of approximately 200. Key achievements include: ☛Integrated Service Centres of Sealed Air and Diversey into consolidated network of regional outsourced centres generating total saving of c.$12m pa.☛Established global centre for US GAAP accounting and reporting in New Delhi, India, contributing $4m of the above $12m and providing the infrastructure for process standardisation and automation.☛Robotic Process Automation (RPA) pilots currently in process with go-live expected in Q4 2018 and anticipated savings of 40% across in-scope processes.☛Collaborated with business and implemented Credit & Collection policy and process changes to reduce global Overdues from 14.2% of Net Sales at end 2013 to 7.4% of Net Sales by end 2017.☛Undertook assignment with M&A to oversee and execute separation of both global Finance and European business operations.☛Also lead Transitionary Services Agreement (TSA) workstream and assumed responsibility for ensuring effective operation of transitionary services post-close. ☛Following divestiture of Diversey business, took over leadership of enterprise-wide project to eliminate c.$50m of stranded costs. -
