Within eight months of commencing employment was promoted to Team Leader and have increasingly taken on more project management duties. Promoted to Project Leader in 2007 and more recently to Senior Project Leader and now have responsibility in the day to day running of the business. Current Duties Include:• Manage the customer relationship, ensuring good communication about scope of work, timescales, quotations and project status. • Control and run projects for the customer, which includes managing teams’ workload, monitoring progress and observing adherence to deadlines.• Management of all resources related to project and of designated staff.• Financial management of budget and providing revenue forecast information for UK Operations Manager.
