About meFirstly, a few words to explain my background and experience. In a nutshell, I’ve been involved in franchising for virtually my entire career. I worked my way up to become Head of Business of one of the UK's most famous and well-established franchisors and have managed a number of franchised businesses. I've set up franchise networks from scratch, I've re-structured franchised businesses and I've restored struggling franchise networks to improved growth and profitability. This is what I do:- Make clear whether your business could be franchised and how it should be done.- Explain the implications of being a franchised business and what’s needed to make it a success. - Prepare a franchise development plan – define the requirements, resources and financial validation for a robust franchised business- Create the documentation and systems needed to effectively support and monitor franchisees- Plan and implement effective franchisee recruitment programmes- Provide mentoring and coaching support. The service takes you on the complete franchising journey, from planning to managing a network of franchisees. Depending on the requirements, I will either act an interim franchise manager, taking responsibility for project design and implementation, or simply provide advisory support.
