My responsibilities encompassed monitoring compliance, addressing lessons learned, and ensuring the success of Project Investment Fund (PIF) initiatives.Notable key projects included: ✪ Nozomi, Hellenika, and Belgravian Brasserie I oversaw the entire turnkey process, from project inception to venue operation, and subsequent maintenance. I worked extensively with various internal/external stakeholders, managed tender processes, engaged with contractors, and worked closely with the Cost Consultant to develop the BOQ. I controlled a $multi- million budget, and spearheaded due diligence through on-site visits to nominated supplier premises. Additionally, I spearheaded facilities management for 3 additional restaurants within the business portfolio, taking the lead on preventative/corrective maintenance initiatives.✪ Ralphs Coffee by Ralph LaurenI spearheaded the comprehensive planning and design coordination for the kingdom-wide rollout of a franchise, overseeing site sourcing, negotiating with landlords, and collaborating with both the brand owner's designer and a local designer to develop the concept design. In preparation for the grand opening in February 2024 at the Mall of the Emirates, I led the pre-contract phase with material suppliers and the contractor for four 4 shops and one pop-up facility.

I transferred internally to join the GMP team in Dubai, UAE, where I played a pivotal role in establishing the project delivery function in Egypt, a pioneering initiative for the business in the country. I assembled and led a project team comprising Egyptian Nationals who were new to the organisation, ensuring they received the necessary support for the timely completion of design activities within a 5-month timeframe. Notably, I spearheaded the project management of the $multi-million Smart City project in Cairo, Egypt, overseeing a 13-month programme that involved managing customer approvals on materials, implementing proof of concept, and overseeing system/software implementation.In this capacity, I delivered comprehensive security solutions, including the establishment of a Command & Control Centre and the installation of 6k cameras to monitor city-wide activity and its operating platform. Additionally, I facilitated training solutions required for the New Administrative Capital. Simultaneously, I led the ongoing development of business capability to maximise pipeline potential, managing interfaces with multiple stakeholders, and successfully influencing a 50% increase in project bookings within a 12-month period.
