CurrentAssist IFAs, corporate FSPs and other business sectors throughout South Africa with practice management services and compliance monitoring in terms of FAIS, FICA, POPI, and NCR so they can stay in business, improve productivity and prosper. Establish a culture of compliance and provide a compliance risk framework to clients to achieve the TCF outcomes and practices. FAIS: Identify any FAIS regulatory gaps in the FSP and advise on how to remediate these. For FSPs who require more hands on assistance, we will work with you to put solutions in place to mitigate the risks with our implementation services.FICA: Assisting your business with FICA Compliance, FIC Inspections and FICA Training and RCMP Implementation. POPI/ PAIA: Assisting in three areas of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) compliance, namely POPI/PAIA Training, POPI/PAIA Implementation and POPI/PAIA Monitoring. Perform all functions to high standards and meeting deadlines set by the Regional Manager. Provide clients with high-quality service, personalised and substantive compliance reports. Sourcing and signing up of new clients. Implement solutions as per remedial actions for respective sectors.
