Southampton based position covering south of UK including Wales and London, primarily working within the Health Care industry, my responsibilities have been to: Repair, maintain and commission the complete range of the company’s power protection products. Perform battery assembly and replacements. Respond to all requests for assistance, including service calls, in a timely and professional manner. Provide technical and engineering support and training to all colleagues and customers alike, ensuring best practice is maintained at all times. Assist the Service and Technical Managers and to support the Field Service team in the development of the field engineers and technicians into a strong, well balanced field service team. To Maintain the high standards of the departmental paperwork with prompt and direct reporting of remedial work, as well as new Sales opportunities. Keep the company vehicle clean, tidy and fully serviceable and to continue to work in a safe manner, using best practice.
